A corpus consists of captured communication between Xoom service and a
managed system. A corpus provides a representative picture of configuration that
can be used either for diagnostic purposes, or to demonstrate Xoom to new clients.
Two
Xoom client tools generate a
corpus:
Xoom Corpus Generator and
Diagnostic Snapshot. In both
cases, the captured communication is raw and uninterpreted, and is captured over a defined
period, during which the tools initiate a predefined set of operations. In addition to an up-to-date
corpus, the tools
capture the following information:
- The results of all defined named queries.
- Xoom log files.
- The application Event log from the last 24 hours (only on Windows
7 / Server 2008 or later).
