Specifies the password credential used by Xoom to connect to Service Optimization whenever Xoom service starts.
Service Optimization requires four credentials, Username, Password, Domain and ServerUri. Password is encrypted (via the encrypted="true" attribute) and can only be changed from the command line, not by adjusting the XML in XoomParams.xml.
