The Groups by Geography report allows you to see which Regions and Districts feature in which Groups.
The report produces HTML.
The report produces two tables, Groups by region and Groups by district. In both tables Groups that have some regional component are listed down the left hand column. Regions and Districts are listed across the top, respectively.
