A managed system produces and uses two types of data: static data and dynamic data. Xoom is intended for the management of static data but not dynamic data.
Static data does not change on a day to day basis. Examples of static data include an engineer's skills or the operational regions into which a territory is divided.
Dynamic data changes on a day to day basis. An example of dynamic data would be an engineer's tasks for the day.
