Xoom represents configuration in a dialect of XML called XoomXML.
This representation unifies configuration information in a single document, is declarative, and contains relational and interpretive information.
Here is a screenshot from Settings Migration Tool in which we see a selected item and its representation in XoomXML.
The structure of XoomXML mirrors that of configuration. Every parameter is represented, even some that are not ordinarily visible in administration tools.
