The Remove Environment Specific Information transformation removes information from XoomXML that is specific to a particular Service Optimization environment. Its sole purpose is to create XML files that can be compared using a regular diff viewer.
The report removes all environment specific information, such as Collection ID and
Object keys. Properties within Collections are reordered alphabetically.
Note: The
report's XML output is not valid XoomXML and must never be deployed.
In instances where direct visual comparison of files is not required, use the relative complement operator '-' in Xoom Processor. For a complete summary of everything that has changed between two files, use the command line Xoom Reset Helper.
