Prerequisites

You must be a member of the Administrators group on your computer to install Xoom. The software prerequisites are as follows:

Windows Imaging Component. This is required by Windows Installer and though it is usually installed on most systems, it will be verified by the installer.
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0. If this is not present on the system it will be automatically installed.
