You need to use xoom:set special form with Service Optimization to deploy the following:
- Parameters, that is, the actual settings contained within a item (for
example in automation scenarios).
- Agent types and Agent Instances, which are contained within the body of
Agents Manager.
- Rule and Objective types, which are contained within the body of a single
Setting.
- SXP Object References, which are contained within the body of Object Reference.
- The components of user-defined mobile web template and schedule template forms.
- Outgoing messages.
